Volunteering at the hospice

Roles include driving patients to appointments, reception and admin duties, helping on wards serving teas or meals, hairdressing, gardening and many others.

Become a volunteer like Eddie to help your local hospice Our bereavement services depend on committed volunteers; and many of our complementary therapies are provided by volunteer therapists.

Our volunteers come from all backgrounds, and range from school students to retired people.

We reimburse agreed expenses, and we can provide references to prospective employers.
